Running Together Towards a Sustainable Future — PFEM CSR Fun Run

On 20 June 2026, PET Far Eastern (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (PFEM) sponsored and participated in the CSR Fun Run 2026 at Hutan Bandar Indahpura, Kulai, bringing employees and their families together to promote healthy living, environmental awareness and community support.

Together with FE Green PET (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (FMGP), PFEM set up a PET bottle recycling booth, where participants exchanged used bottles for cupcakes and drinks. Children enthusiastically collected bottles around the venue, gaining hands-on experience in recycling and learning the value of protecting the environment.

All collected PET bottles were sent to FMGP for recycling into recycled PET (rPET), supporting the “Bottle-to-Bottle” circular economy. The organisers also allocated part of the event sponsorship funds to provide food and essential groceries to local families in need and elderly residents.

Through this initiative, PFEM and FMGP reaffirmed their commitment to sustainability, employee wellbeing and community care, encouraging people of all ages to take small, meaningful steps towards a greener future.
